THe 6 week body reset
The body reset is a 6-week journey designed to help you move better, feel strong, reduce aches and pains, and build habits that support long term health and well-being.
Each week is focused on a different area of the body and movement pattern.
You can pay as you go per session or you can book the full 6 week course and get your first session free!
Along side the workshop we’ll also cover simple nutrition habits, recovery, movement education and practical strategies to help you feel your best both inside and out of the gym.

Each session is tailored to you, allowing us to focus on specific areas of restriction, discomfort or weakness while building strength, confidence and resilience.
You’ll also receive a 6-week nutrition guidance plan, a recovery plan and daily habits to help support your progress between sessions.
This is ideal for anyone who likes the idea of the 6-week reset but would prefer a more personalised experience with dedicated support and coaching throughout their journey.
